CITY  OF  SEATTLE

The Emerald city had numerous line dance opportunities
before the Pandemic.

Some of them are starting up again.
They were located at senior centers, parks, community centers, private studios and bars.

Check out the whole list. I hope something fits your needs.
Seattle city proper was as full of classes as anywhere in the Greater Seattle Line Dance area and may be again.

Tuesday nights feature line dancing at All Pilgrims Church. The lesson is at 7:30pm. They usually highlight a new-to-Seattle dance roughly every third night of dancing and re-teaches of other line dances on the other Tuesdays.

Typical lesson schedule at The Cuff is:

  • First Friday: Basic Two-Step dancing and an easier line dance

  • Second Friday: Basic-Plus dancing (a step more advanced) Two-Step dancing and review of the previous week's line dance

  • Third Friday: a higher level line dance or two

  • Fourth Friday: a Basic lesson in Waltz, East Coast Swing, Night Club, or Shadow dancing and a review of the previous week’s line dance

  • Fifth Friday (if applicable): a Basic-Plus dancing lesson in the dance style taught the previous week before

They dance every Friday at The Cuff from 7-9:45pm with a free lesson from 7:15-8pm and every Tuesday at All Pilgrims Church from 7-9pm.
